Otherwise known as Cracked Pepper Ranch Cheeseball.
I first tasted this cheeseball at a baby shower a year ago & fell in love with it. It’s the easiest thing to put together, and now I try to keep the three ingredients on hand at all times. If you don’t already have this recipe, you’ll want to make this one a keeper.
Cracked Pepper Ranch Cheeseball
1 block of Cream Cheese (Even the fat-free kind!) – softened
1 package of Ranch Dressing Mix
Cracked Pepper
(I usually double this. One recipe never seems to be enough.)
1. Mix the Ranch dressing powder into the cream cheese. Form into a ball. (May need to chill it a bit in order to make a ball.)
2. On a piece of waxed paper or cling wrap, sprinkle the cracked pepper.
3. Place the ball of ranch/cream cheese on the pepper. Sprinkle the rest of the ball with pepper, using the waxed paper to pat the pepper into the ball. Continue patting & shaping until fully covered and shaped as you desire.
That’s it! How easy is that?
PS: It’s extra-delicious served with Flavored Triscuits or Wheat Thins. Especially these flavors:
