Hi friends~ I have just a quick minute to hop on here and remind our FBC Cleveland family (and to extend an invitation to anyone nearby) to join our ladies on Sunday afternoon for a FUN event you won’t want to miss!
“Sundae with Heidi.” We’ll build Ice Cream Sundaes with all the toppings, and enjoy them while we visit and get to know one another. And the best part? We will get to hear from Heidi, an “undercover” missionary who served in South East Asia.
I had the privilege of joining Heidi and her family on the mission field several years ago and watched her boldly live out her faith… and what I saw forever changed the way I think about boldly living out mine. Oh my friends, you will be blessed, encouraged, and challenged by what she has to share!!
The tickets are $5, and can be purchased at the door.

PS: I shared this on Instagram yesterday way before the horrible Dallas shooting had happened, and hope it will continue to be an encouragement to someone, especially today. It was my name of Jesus (God) yesterday, and I couldn’t keep it to myself! Psalm 9:10 promises that “Those who know Your name [who have experienced Your precious mercy] will put their confident trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not abandoned those who seek You.” We are confidently TRUSTING in God’s Name today – for so many reasons!
