If you have ever been in or around Mississippi churches, chances are that you’ve been in a church that has been served and blessed by this dear man. Bro. Bob (Robert) Self was my first Mississippi pastor, and the one who played a pivotal role in my young walk with the Lord. After many years and lots of changes, God brought Bro. Bob back into my life as our interim pastor here at FBC Cleveland, and it has been a joy and a privilege to sit under his teaching or around the dinner table with him again. Many of you will know him through revivals he has preached, or the churches he has shepherded.
On his last Sunday with us in Cleveland, we taped a two-part interview. I’ll post part two next week.
