We’re making this today and I thought I’d share the love… This is honestly the best slaw I’ve ever eaten. It’s been a family favorite for years. (And if it’s something I make, we all know it must be easy!) We call it “Mrs. Emily’s Slaw”. It makes tons and keeps for a long time. It’s a perfect side dish for any cookout and delicious piled beside or on top of a huge mound of BBQ. Yumm… my mouth is watering already. 🙂

Jen – Recipe sounds great…Q – Is the boiled mixture cooled before pouring over the vegetables or not? I'm thinking it should be, but thought I should ask. Thanks, Jane
