Need a quick and delicious chocolate fix? Try these Fudge Crinkles. They’re such a favorite that I always keep the ingredients in stock. And, they’re so easy that even children can make them.
Fudge Crinkles
1 box Devil’s Food cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 cups chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. Roll cookies into walnut sized balls, then roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350. Cool 1 minute, then remove to a cooling rack. (Or enjoy them warm and gooey!)
PS: This picture is from Betty Crocker. I love the idea of the Hershey Kiss put on top – the more chocolate, the merrier. 🙂
Enjoy!
Hi Jennifer! I've been on vacation and I'm trying to play catch-up…I read back through several posts (I can't watch the video of your current post here at work…I'm on lunch but they're blocked.) I read back though to see what I've been missing. Great stuff! I'm really anxious to try these lovelies…chocolate and easy, too? My favorite type of recipe! I was thrilled to see what God provided for you BEFORE your need (as you said, just to assure you He's in control). Beautiful.
Blessings to you,
Tracy
I have to take food somewhere this weekend; maybe I'll use these as the dessert. Thx
I think my mother used to make something like these while growing up. Can't wait to try them. I hate to cook, but baking is an entirely different friend!
