Hi friends~ We’re home, and thanks to Columbus Day, well rested. I stayed in my pjs all of Monday, turned on the “ocean waves” sound machine, and finished reading Francine River’s “And the Shofar Blew” (a book I try to read every few years – a good warning to those in ministry). It felt like a vacation day at the beach – except minus the tan.
I’m catching up on e-mails and have just a minute to write a post, so I thought I’d pull out another recipe from my friend, Amy. This is her Pumpkin Dip recipe. It’s easy and delicious… which makes it fit nicely into my recipe repertoire. 🙂 Hope you enjoy it, and hope you have a wonderful day.

- 1 block Softened Cream Cheese,
- ½ Can pumpkin,
- 1 cup powdered sugar,
