It’s perfect for New Year’s Day because you quickly make it up before bed, and just pop it in the oven the next morning. Easy and delicious!
Breakfast Bubble Bread
– PREPARE THE NIGHT BEFORE
18 frozen yeast rolls
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 small box butterscotch pudding (*the cook and serve kind, not instant)
1 stick butter, melted
pecans or walnuts (to taste) – optional
Cover with plastic wrap (I spray this with cooking oil), or waxed paper, and leave on the counter overnight to rise.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 15 min, cover with foil, and bake another 15 minutes. Let cool 10-15 minutes, then empty onto a large plate. Then…Eat and enjoy…
I can’t wait to serve this with a hot cup of coffee on New Year’s morning! 🙂
This recipe is linked to Kim’s “Quit Eating Out” Saturday swap. Lots of great recipes linked there. 🙂
PS on a personal note: 14 years ago today, we burried my precious daddy. But, 1 year ago yersterday, we celebrated the birth of his youngest grandson – Crawford Turner. God sent this delightful little boy into our lives to turn our sorrow into joy, and he certainly has! Happy birthday, Crawford, and happy birthday to his mama, my dear sister, Rebecca! We love you both!!!!!
