Yep. That would be me ~ Thanks to my dear friend Kim and her wonderful blog, Quit Eating Out. Its kind of ironic, because I struggle so much with meal planning, I just keep fixing the same things over and over. I’m not what I would consider a “good cook”, but when I do find a recipe that fits into my cooking mojo {Which can be summed up by these two words: easy and cheap}, I feel like I should pass it on… because I imagine there are others like me out there somewhere… even if none of us like to admit it. That’s why I share the recipes I love on this blog.
I must say that Kim and her blog have inspired me to want to move beyond my two favorite food categories… I’ve tried several of her recipes, and they were delicious (and easy – I haven’t ventured out too far from the easy. If it has more than a few steps, I don’t do it – yet). I’m planning to make this one on Christmas morning. Yum!
Kim hosts a Saturday Recipe Swap where others link up their favorites. You’ll have to check it out.
For today, she’s featuring my Fudge Crinkle Cookies. They are easy, cheap, beautiful, fail proof, and delicious, if I do say so myself. Try it… you’ll like it… 🙂
Have a great day, my friends~
Jennifer
